The Brook Liverpool is the most welcoming place to teenagers and girls of all ages especially as sometimes talking about your sexual health can be embarrassing but the brook are so caring and understanding and always have time to talk about your needs and if you need help!! I’m so comfortable when talking to the nurses and there very very approachable!

The receptionist was very kind and patient, I did not have to wait long to be seen, Chris was very helpful and made me feel comfortable, they take precautions seriously when it comes to COVID-19.

Perhaps make hours more flexible for those in school, college, etc.

Everything was dealt with very well. My appointment was prompt and I got seen the same day. My nurse was very kind and polite. The waiting area was very clean too.
